I finished testing the sensor circuit and finalize the design as bellow:

This design gives us the flexibility to create many shapes for the doll’s body while keeping the QTC sheet lying flat on the PCB surface. The layer of cloth makes the surface softer and much nicer to touch. I tested this design using the oscilloscope and it gave quite good response. For a more accurate result I am planning to test it using the equipment from Impact lab so that later I can code the firmware accordingly.
